This was my favorite cake to make so far. It was a little man's first birthday. The cake turned out so cute. The blue cake is a marble cake covered in butter cream frosting with fondant covering the entire cake. The cake sizes are an 8 and 6 inch round 2 layer cakes. The yellow cake was his cake to eat. It was a 4 inch round chocolate cake and the number 1 was made from fondant so he could have eaten that too. It was so cute.

I definitely am getting more creative in making cakes. This is a birthday cake for my nephew who loves the detroit red wings. Its a 2 layer white cake with buttercream frosting and fondant. I had made the red wing myself, which took alot of little cuts as you can see. The pucks are made of chocolate fondant. It turned out very cute.

Transformer birthday cake
This was a cake I made for a young boys 5th birthday. It was a 10 x10 inch square 2 layer white cake. It was covered with buttercream frosting and then fondant. It turned out just adorable and he loved it. It took me about 4 days to do all the transformers head. There are 12 black ones that go along the edge of the cake. Again, in this cake the black is chocolate fondant.
Hockey cake
Hi everyone. It has been a few weeks since I have added pictures, but I have been busy. This is a picture of a cake I made for my sons hockey party. It is 2 9 x13 cakes next to each other with 16 individual hockey puck cakes. The cake is half chocolate and half yellow and the pucks are either chocolate or white cake. All are frosted with buttercream frosting and topped with fondant. The black fondant is actually chocolate, which is very tasty. I made the logo from the jersey by hand and it took me about a week. There were many layers to the logo. It was a great success and I had a great time making it.

Star cake and christmas tree cake
Hello everyone, I just wanted to add some more pictures of cakes that I have made. The star one is just a sample cake made with left over fondant. It did turn out really cute though.
The other one is a Christmas cake that I made for our party. It was a two layer cake with buttercream and colored fondant. I traced the big tree out and used cookie cutters for the smaller shapes. It was very cute.
I am very willing to take any dessert orders you may have. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Oreo cake and Biscotti
The other picture is my Oreo cake. It is made with a two layer chocolate cake and the filling is cream cheese, whipped topping, and organic Oreo's. I make the whipped topping and use all natural and organic ingredients. The cakes are 9 inch rounds. and I sell this cake for $35.00. It turns out to be a big cake and very rich even though there is no frosting on it. It is very yummy and it looks like a big Oreo.

Dice cake
I just finished this cake today and had to get it on the website. It turned out great and I am very excited about it. The customer wanted a dice theme. The dice and the black circle are made with gum paste. They turned out great, they look like real dice. The cake itself is a two layer 8 x 8 inch marble square cake with buttercream frosting and buttercream fondant covering the cake.
I searched the web trying to figure out how to make true black and red fondant. These are extremely difficult colors to get. Anyway, with a lot of coloring, I finally got the red to look red. I got a hint from google for the black. Someone said to start with chocolate fondant. That is what I did and it worked. Anyway, I hope you enjoy looking. Have a great day
