I duplicated the Goodrich Martian for the 5th grade graduation party. That turned out very cool. I made surprise cookies that were very tasty I heard and the last cake I made this week was a Tiffany box cake for a friend. Inside the cake is a box with a necklace in it. It turned out to look just like the box. All in all it was a great couple of weeks and all the cakes were awesome

Every thins is edible except the umbrella's. The cake is 2 9 x 13 cakes next to each other and covered with buttercream frosting. The entire cake is covered with fondant. The sand is graham crackers and the shell are made of white chocolate. It turned out awesome and everyone loved it.

I had a busy week this week. I first made the flower cookies, which are sugar cookies with butter cream frosting. I then made the beach cake. It is a white cake with fondant decorations. The palm tree and the beach balls are made of fondant and the shells are white chocolate. It turned out very cute. The last cake is a birthday cake. Again it is white cake and decorated all in fondant. The bow is gum paste. All in all it was a great week.

These are the 2 lastest cakes I made. The first one was for a going away party for someone who worked on Humvee. I dupicated the logo in fondant and then spent hours putting on all the works. It turned out great.
The other was a small birthday cake for a client who turned 79. It was just a simple cake with lot of color.

Like I said in my previous blog, I can't make enough sugar cookies. I sell them for $10 a dozen and they go fact. Tennis balls for a preschool, more Easter bunnies and stars for a school treat.
Then there is the cheesecake. That was for my 12 year olds birthday. He loves cheesecake and this is the best one ever. It has a cookie crust, then caramel on top of the crust, then the cheesecake, then more caramel and last more chocolate. I usually but pecans or walnuts on top, but he doesn't like them. Oh, It is sooooo good.

More and More cookies, of course, these were for Easter. The chocolate cookies are actually chocolate sugar cookies with a Butter cream glaze.
I made the Easter cake for a customer, which turned out very cute and the Birthday cake, which was awesome. It is covered with chocolate fondant, which is very tasty and the bottom cake is strawberry, which the customer loved. I think it turned out so cute.

The Shamrock cookies for St. Patricks Day, then the best chocolate chip cookies you will every have and then homemade doughnuts. The sugar cookies are $10.00 a dozen and I can't make enough of them. They are my biggest seller.
